What about my children and pets?
We use E.P.A. registered products, follow the label directions and we use the utmost care when it comes to you and your family's safety. Children and pets should not be in the area that we are treating or on the treated area until dry.
How long do I have to leave the premises?
You can stay home during your regular service appointment.
How do I know if I need pest control service?
If you see just a few ants or just one mouse, they may have many counterparts lurking where you can't see them. If left untreated you could have a crisis.
If I still see pest after my service, do you come back?
It is usual to see an increase in insect activity right after our service. We stand behind all of our work. Should any problems arise after several days please contact us so that we may discuss what problems you are having and if needed, we will return at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, just give us a call.
What happens when it is raining?
All of the materials used in our pest management programs are designed for all weather conditions. We have a variety of products we use based on the weather conditions during your treatment.
If I don't see any pest can I skip a service?
Remember, for us to maintain control, we must perform your services on a regular schedule. This allows us to do our job the best and control all pests in and around your home.
Do the chemicals you use have a bad odor?
We use low odor materials so lingering offensive odors will not be an issue in and around your environment.
After my first service, when will you come back?
You can expect us on your next regular scheduled service. However, if you have a pest problem we will come back sooner.
